AN ANNOUNCEMENT FROM PHOEBE

This video from King 5 Evening Magazine two years ago does a great job of telling my story.  I was able to successfully drop 150 lbs. while surrounded by my addiction every single moment of the day, but it was and is very hard. I have made the heartfelt decision to close Phoebe’s Pastry Café.  I now know better, so I want to do better.  I want to help others find health, navigate the obstacles, find the old buried junk that needs addressing, and help people remove all the excuses that hold us back. I launched my coaching business over a year ago and have helped many people find those answers and right their ship, all the while holding them accountable, providing tools and insight, and of course, celebrating their successes. Along the way, I have been featured in two national magazines, participated in a network baking show and showcased on both a Seattle-based morning and evening news magazine show. I’ve also shared my journey almost daily on my Phoebe.Gets.Fit Instagram page with inspirational daily reels, followed by close to 20,000 people! I’ve been humbled by the number of people who share with me the impact I have made on their lives, and I am ready to have more time to coach and speak. Oh ya, and I wrote a (not published yet) book!  Who knows how many chapters or sequels are ahead, but one thing I know for sure is I can help you make minor to major changes in your life. If you, or someone you care about needs to make a major change in your life, I hope you will consider my coaching services. Phoebe

Nearly four years ago, I faced a turning point in my life. Weighing 332 lbs, my health, energy, and relationships suffered due to obesity. Witnessing my father's passing at 63 from neglecting his health spurred me to change. Now, at 61, as an 'obesity survivor,' I'm passionate about sharing my journey to inspire others. I'm proof that change is possible, no matter where you start. It's never too late to begin a healthier life.
